Mobile Command & Control Vehicles

We supply an end-to-end holistic solution, and in today’s world we ensure that incident command is blending communications through our hybrid technology solutions, so everyone deployed has a 360 view of an incident from Command & Control through to personnel deployed in buildings, across the ground and in areas not accessible by vehicles via live video, voice and data streaming. No one, ever, is in the dark.

Our end-to-end Command & Control solutions support multi agency collaboration, interoperability and situational awareness. The UK and Global first responder sectors are facing unprecedented pressures to implement lessons learned and recommendations at a local and national level. The need to collate, analyse and share accurate, reliable and near real time information with incident commanders, Strategic Coordination Groups and supporting agencies has never been more prevalent.

The requirement for reliable communications, situational awareness and emerging technologies, such as drones, body worn cameras and dynamic incident management platforms are growing, therefore digital adoption is becoming a prerequisite to improve public safety, response and decision making.

Command & Control

• Supports command support activities to include incident ground mapping, logistics, resource management and information management for external control rooms and on scene commanders.
• Contact point for the Incident Commander and Service Control rooms.
• Secure communications across multiple internet bearers for data and video transfer on the scene to any location.
• Provide a local secure network within the immediate vicinity to link devices and responders to the internet and cloud based applications. This is scalable and includes 4G/Wi-Fi in addition to a Private 4G LTE network- -A hub that provides an independent and resilient data network, enabling responders to connect from mobile devices.
• Provide a secure and resilient network on the incident ground.
• Provide situational awareness of the incident via electronic displays and live camera feeds.
• External briefing areas.
• Resource booking in facilities.
• Multi-Agency conference and briefing facility with access to any application/information.
• Link to other Agencies' Command & Control vehicles.
• Integration and commissioning of all interfacing technologies, hardware and applications.
• Access to real-time information to allow updates to risk assessments, site and building plans, SOPS and any back-office systems.
• Real-time link to control room, HQ and other authorised locations
• Live streaming of video links into the vehicle, across the incident ground and if required over a secure backhaul to remotes. Includes real-time footage and recording capability to any video feed/inputs, including the specified cameras within the project such as remote cameras, body worn cameras and UAVs. In this instance we delivered the hardware, integrated technology and service provision of the cameras. In addition, NPAS hele-tele downlinks were included and integrated as part of the network to support viewing, recording and monitoring from within the unit and streaming via the streaming service (a provision hosted within a secure video streaming service that can be accessed and viewed on any authorised device including desktops, PCs, laptops, phones and tablets and can be integrated into any incident command software as a feed).
• Network services and configuration of hardware to support automated management of stored information. For example, the ability to automatically configure the upload of data when the vehicle(s) returns to station and connects to the station Wi-Fi.
• Video conferencing and recording facilities capable of being live streamed, viewed and recorded.
• Local and cloud-based servers and services, fully managed within the contract.
• Ambient record and listen software.
• Intuitive, easy to use interface – common operating platform across the fleet to improve training, user interaction and remote diagnosis/support.
